Refund Policy

If you require a refund please get in touch with our support team at who will be able to assist you with the process.

Refunds are offered at our discretion and inline with the Consumer Guarantees Act. This means you may not be eligible for a refund if you change your mind about your purchase so please consider your purchase carefully.

If the product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Our returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase we, unfortunately, cannot offer you an exchange or refund. 

Return Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (if applicable). Please ask any questions before you make your purchase to avoid any need for returns.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
